The Play Space
I created this play space for both adults and children to engage their imagination and creativity toward greater healing. The sand tray can be a lovely place to explore the senses, feelings that have no language, revealing the wisdom of the body and sub-conscious.
Sand Tray
Sand tray is a beautiful way for both adults and children to move away from verbal processing and allow their imagination to communicate and surprise us with its wisdom and instinct to heal.
Play Therapy
Toys are children's words and play is their language - Garry L. Landreth.
Pairing Play therapy, sand tray and EMDR allows us to go beyond language, access trauma and free the client in the most playful way possible.
